This tri-axis accelerometer has high-performance sensor characteristics in an industry standard LGA package form factor. The device can be factory programmed for analog, analog-MUX, and SPI output communication of sensor data.

Specifications and Advantages

The KXR94 noise performance and offset performance is lowest for all axes and over temperature: Noise density is less than 50 µg/vHz on all three axes reducing double integration errors, and the sensor’s low offset drift over temperature reduces applications errors. The device contains an internal 1kHz low pass filter on all three outputs to reduce any high-frequency vibrational noise.
