Monolithic 3-axis accelerometer sensor built using Baolab’s unique ‘Inside CMOS’ NanoEMS technology to integrate MEMS, analogue and digital processing circuitry, A/D converter and a configurable digital interface. Includes system power-saving features and built-in orientation and gesture detection.

Unique monolithic CMOS process to integrate MEMS/analogue/digital circuitry; industry- leading small mechanical profile: WLCSP 2.0mmx2.0mmx0.7mm; Self-calibrating; Acceleration output for X, Y, Z axes with 17mG sensor resolution; +/-2G and +/-8G full scale ranges; 1µA standby current; I2C or SPI digital interface; Low cost. May be integrated into a single-chip CMOS device or SoC (System-on- Chip), eg. Personal Navigation Device .

Application environments: Wireless mobile handsets, consumer mobile electronic devices and TV/gaming controllers. Compliant with Google Android, Mobile Windows 7 Operating System requirements
