The WS2018 is a third generation Tunable Impedance Matching Circuit. It is designed to be inserted in the RF signal chain between the antenna and the front-end module (FEM) of a mobile phone to provide superior transmit and receive chain optimization over the 700 MHz – 2200 MHz mobile frequency range. Features include: Single-chip, CMOS antenna tuner ? Improved TRP and TIS over operational bandwidth ? Covers LTE bands 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 17, PCS and WCDMA I, II, III, IV*, V, VI, VIII, IX, X*, XI bands ? Precise digital control in 0.1 pF steps ? Ultra low harmonics and inter-modulation ? Fully integrated charge pump circuit ? Software control of “body effects” tuning ? Bidirectional, Infineon SPI compatible dual mode serial bus -- SPI/MIPI RFFE ? Advanced trigger commands ?
