This talk will provide the latest results from a Navy-funded effort to integrate
electronics and syntheticallyengineered microbes to produce untethered biosesing platforms.

It will also touch on "blue sky" directions such technology is heading in.

 

16:10: Tutorial: Recent Advances in Neural Interfaces   Professor Michel M. Maharbiz

 

This short tutorial will provide an overview of the various technologies and scientific

directions being pursued in the quest for reliable, clinicallyrelevant neural recording,

stimulation and blocking technology. I will focus on existing tech but provide a roadmap for
emerging directions and long-term developments.
