MIG Launching New Blog about MEMS

Following on a recommendation from METRIC 2009, MIG is excited to announce the publication of our new blog aimed at generating discussion among the greater MEMS community. The blog will feature entries written by our members on current events in the MEMS industry.

The goal of the blog will be to solicit engaging, informative, and sometimes controversial, views from within the MEMS industry that will be the starting point for greater discussion and information sharing.

MIG member Dr. Mike Mignardi, Manager of Energy Harvesting at Texas Instruments will kick off the blog with often debated topic of MEMS standards. Mike’s blog posts can be read at www.memsindustrygroup.org/blog. After you’ve read Mike’s blog entry, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section to get the dialogue started.
