Connect and Promote

MEMS Executive Congress is the MEMS event that brings together business leaders from a broad spectrum of industries (automotive, consumer goods, industrial, medical, telecom, and more). The Congress provides end users and MEMS companies a forum to interact and share experiences relating to the commercialization of MEMS. It is your annual opportunity to hear about the latest success stories in the MEMS industry, and expand your network and customer base.

METRIC is MIG’s annual members-only meeting to discuss technical and business challenges to MEMS Commercialization. Past topics have included MEMS growth opportunities, packaging, integration, reliability, scientific challenges, accelerated lifetime test, and fabrication. METRIC 2010 will focus on microfabrication.

MEMS Marketplace – Make sure your listing is current in MEMS Marketplace. This is a great way to promote your company’s capabilities, learn about your fellow members, as well as find potential customers and partners.

Globalpress Electronics Summit- MIG hosts the MEMS panel at this annual electronics conference, attended by media from Asia, Europe and the U.S.—helping you to share your story with the international press. Panelist positions are for MIG members only and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

MEMS Education Series – MEMS Education Series is a series of short courses on MEMS business issues. The short courses benefit individuals and companies in or considering entering the MEMS industry, including business development professionals, marketing managers, product managers, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, venture capitalists, and students in engineering/related disciplines.

Webinars – Participate in MIG’s periodic webinars to learn about the latest in the MEMS market and technological advances.

Market Data – MIG provides its members with market data compiled by the industry’s top market analysts. (members only)

Case Studies, Interviews, & Article – Each MIG releases an industry report compiled after each METRIC meeting. This industry report includes all of the findings from our annual members-only technical meeting. In addition to the industry report, MIG releases primary research including interviews, survey, and articles related to the topic of METRIC. (members only)

 

Influence

Lead – When you sign up for one of MIG’s steering committees, you directly influence the speakers and panels for MEMS Executive Congress, course content for MEMS Education Series, and the working group topics at METRIC.

Steering Committees – Volunteer for one of our steering committees for METRIC, MEMS Executive Congress, MEMS Education Series, or other projects. Notices of new opportunities are sent via email and posted on the RSS Feed.

Best Known Practices – Write about a best known practice used in your business that promotes your company’s capabilities while sharing knowledge with other members of the MEMS industry.

MEMS Blog – Members are invited to guest author blog entries in MEMS Blog.

Best Known Practices – Volunteer to review one of the Best Known Practices white papers authored by other MIG members
